We currently offer shipping to the following locations:

  • International UK, AUS  – Please check during checkout for international shipping availability.

  • Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during high-volume periods, such as holidays or promotional sales.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery times, please be aware that factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs processing (for international orders) can affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Returns: We accept returns on most items within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items in new, unused, and resalable condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

    •  personalized products, final sale items, gift cards, or food items

    • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after receipt.
